At VIA, we tailor care to everyone’s needs, but on average, you’ll have 12-14 appointments with the midwife and various ultrasounds during pregnancy. During the check-ups, we discuss topics that are important for you to explore or consider. In this way, we guide you step by step through pregnancy, provide information about childbirth, and (upcoming) parenthood. Additionally, it is possible to schedule an extra check-up if you feel the need. For example, to listen to the baby’s heartbeat or if you need a sympathetic ear.
